Every Save — and Every Player — Can Make a Difference

Montclair Blues 16U goalie Lev Norton has been fundraising for the October Saves Goalie Challenge since 2018, helping to fight women’s and children’s cancers. To date, Lev has raised close to $10,000 — and this year, he’s encouraging all Montclair Blues families to get involved!

What Is the October Saves Goalie Challenge?
 

October Saves is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charitable organization that began in 2014. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, goalies across North America gather pledges for each save they make in October. Funds raised go directly to cancer-fighting organizations in the US and Canada.

While the Challenge is goalie-focused, every Blues player can help — by donating, sharing the fundraising link, or supporting teammates who register. Together, our club can make a huge impact.

How to Join or Support

1. Visit www.octobersaves.org

2. Select United States → Register for Event → Register a Goalie

3. Choose Join a Team → North Jersey Goalies

4. Share your fundraising link with family and friends!
